For the treatment of the compressed air we recommend using STENHØJ's compact fridge dryer. The fridge dryer is applied to remove the condensate in order to secure a low dew point in the compressed air. The STENHØJ fridge dryers are available as standard in the sizes ranging from 0.264 m3/min to 15.6 m3/min.

Modern production systems and production processes require high-quality compressed air. This is achieved by filtration, water separation and drying. Fridge dryers from STENHØJ deliver compressed air of the highest quality while minimizing your running costs. The compact dryers contain heat exchangers with 3 functionalities: air to air heat exchanger, air to refrigerant heat exchanger and separator for the condensate.All STENHØJ dryers are equipped with expansion valves which are working constantly to maintain the correct liquid refrigerant quantity in the heat exchanger. Thus achieving the optimum pressure dew point (constant dew point temperature of 3 degrees C). STENHØJ's fridge dryers of the types F3C and F5C are equipped with timer-controlled solenoid valves as condensate drains. The other fridge dryer models are equipped with an electronic controlled BEKOMAT.Pre-filter for the dryers must be purchased separately for the 1-phased models, while they are integrated on the 3-phased models.
